Davo didn't just say "Since I am Dutch myself, I'll be more than happy in helping with any translation/mediation that the MoWs may have trouble with while handling matters with this Dutch clan, especially since I have the same national culture as they do, and I know the Dutch way of doing things".
Davo said (and I paraphrase here) "Shall I handle this war?"
I thought the whole idea was to have an international clan where we all speak English as the "standard" language. That was, to me, the whole point in having an "official clan language".
And furthermore, in this case (a Dutch clan), is it really necessary? Remember, "Vi oll spik inglisch inn Holland".
So my advice is this: if Davo wants a MO-something job, and if you trust him that much, give him a Ministry in an area that isn't related with language, like MoP. Isn't there a vacancy for MoP?
Or perhaps Minister Of Fun, MoF. Let him work on that. Perhaps he can lay out, for the benefit of the rest of us, what "fun" at the game server really stands for...
In my opinion, if we have 1 MoW for each language in the clan (12 languages, remember...), we will soon be up to our elbows in MoWs...
So, everybody will be a MoW, and that is the same as Embassador. So, any PLCer can be an Embassador now? With full powers to decide war terms? And all it takes is speaking the language of the challenging clan? That doesn't seem like your style, Iron, giving away so much power without a good reason to do it...
But tell you what, why don't you get Ministers Of Everything Else (MoEE) in all languages too? But wait, they already have that... What's it called? Damn it, can't remember...
Ah, yes, it's European Union, of course!
Only, they have more quite a few more clansmen than PLC.

What Flying left clan ? when and why? plz explain ask him, not me, hes acting weird ever since i started asking questions about how to orginize clan happy hour and then he stepped out, made up hes own lil rank then interferred with clan matters and tried to put dav in hes place, well it is about time fly got put back in hes place for once, cause it aint him whos calling the shots here iam.. And feels like dealing with a woman who has that time of the month!!! (no offence to any woman) and im not good in guessing games, and i will not play mind games, people should say what they think and explain shit im no freaking mind reader, and i got no patians nor the time to walk and follow everyone arround serving to there every needs, or help them up when they fall down.. end of discussion. |
