xtra stuff added to the forum
1) added new smiles
2) added register popup warning
3) added private message warning with sound
4) added g-mod and admin name colors
5) added spell check + icon explanation bar
6) added new forum ranks

First Lieutenant (over 100 posts):
Lt. Colonel (over 250 posts):
Brigadier General (over 500 posts):
7) made new button (login,register,help etc etc)
8) made new post button( make topic, qoute etc etc)
9) added new "star" ranks
10) added xtratop buttons (server monitor, homepage etc etc)
11) added cell high light colors on all main categories
(when moving over with mouse it high lights)
more to come.. i can assure u all that..

i took the auto voice warning from the forum because it created a bug...
did anyone else had the forum window stall or lagg?
