if ya dont hear the killing sprees LISTEN UP NOW i got the solution: ok first start up ET normal way so you get this  click on Whaleclient than you get this:  click on Config than you get this screen:  you see hitsounds... put them on CLIENTSIDE... if you did this all it should work fine... i searched my ass of the get this work so i hope this does the same with your pc and that you can hear the sprees it realy makes your play better. hulk |

But what i do if i dont have WHALECLIENT, because, i don't have that..... if u play on our server u have Whaleclient, it is in ur etmain folder. if u still cant dint it u can get it here: www.plc-clan.com/downloads.htmlthen add it to etmain folder, but iam sure all of u have whaleclient. but not as hulk has shown us above, i will check the mod my self see wha ti did wrong and then change it on server side. |

i see what Hulk did now, he used whaleclient 1.3 to edit the driver file in our whale client 1,2, now why arent we all using 1.3, the simple answer is it is big and has a lot of adverticement wich is not ours..
i dont mind people there banner or adverticement, they put a lot of work into there programs but there has to be a limit,,
now Hulk here is what i wanna know, when u set it to client side (wich is weird cos it is the 1.2 client version, and u go out of the game (completly) and then u come back does it remember the settings ?
if so can u send the altered 1.2 whale client to (for example) toppa to see if it is still changed and if he can hear sounds now too.
in the mean time iam looking on the internet for a explanation ..

UPDATE..these are the settings as they shoudl be to hear all sounds, team hit sounds killing sounds head shot "ping" sound dual kill sound killing spree sound (and up tp 30 kill, ea 5 kill a sound) when u die 5 time sina row u should hear killign spree too and see.. }|PLC|{IRONMAN.gen is having a bad day (d= 5/ W/O k= 0) gib = on (so u see body parts flying) In game press ESC, WHALECLIENT, CONFIG Some maps load 5 or 6 times without loading at all, everyoen disconects, i removed eagles 2 ways and tc_base for this reason.. if there are any other maps tht have trouble loading let me know asap i will remove them.. standard maps + temple load correct, dont knwo about the rest..

Missing file...(local file is there but has wrong checksum or whatever)

and yes we went from 1.4 beta to 1.3 PLC i reinstalled the total server and al maps and mods, then installed 1.3plc whale client...
it did not fix the caen or saber peak map problem, it still has to load 2 times (for me) ...
