1. good reson our country position: we are close to russia and Kalinigrad and u know they have missle there.. and were they make it in Ger. dont think so coz they close bases in Ger. in Ukrain ... only country who USA has good connection is Poland.. btw. im not for irak war or america or prisons i think usa sth sux. coz they make everything for their own profit.. america has air force bases all over the world, but not all goverments agree with these secret prisons, also america does not even need to be in poland for any militairy reason, they have air plains tht can fly arround the world , they have missles that can do the same, so there is absolutly no reason (either position of country or something else) to be in poland other then to interigate prisonders in secret prisons. Washington Post reporter Dana Priest knows the specific countries in question, but the paper is refusing to divulge the names at the request of the American government, which claims that this would compromise security. Reading this over, I thought that the only reason that could make the Washington Post so jumpy would be if one or more of those countries were in the EU, and today's press confirms my worst suspicions, alleging that the countries in question are Poland and Romania. The Polish press has some more details . Apparently the organization Human Rights Watch has heen monitoring flights of a Boeing 737 presumed to be owned by the CIA (tail number N313P). The plane is unmarked, but tends to show up in some interesting places. According to the Gazeta Wyborcza, Poland's main daily: "The plane had allegedly landed on September 22, 2003 in the small airport at Szymana, near Szczytno, after a flight from Kabul. This private plane belonging to an American transport company has been showing up over the past couple of years in media reports on secret CIA operations all around the world. Two months ago, Czech media reported that on September 21, 2003, a day before the flight to Poland, the Boeing had flown out of Prague to Uzbekistan, where, experts claim, prisoners are being held in American military bases. The US government does not confirm that the CIA uses this Boeing and a second, smaller aircraft to transport prisoners. But the flight records reported in the media indicate that the Boeing was in Macedonia in 2004 on the same day that a suspected al-Qaeda member was arrested there. He later ended up in a jail in Afghanistan, which is where that mysterious plane from Macedonia flew the very same day" The article goes on to quote representatives from Poland's various secret services, who vigorously deny the possibility that CIA prisoners are being held on Polish territory. Intriguingly, it seems the Czechs had recently turned down an American request to house Guantanamo prisoners. The Czech interior minister, František Bublan, is quoted as saying that in an interview for the Czech aktualne.cz, but will not go into details, except to say that the Czechs refused the request, and it was presumably honored elsewhere. If it is confirmed that American secret prisons are operating or have operated in Poland, it will lead to a major confrontation with the European Union. I would hope it would also lead to more pressure from the American side to find out what exactly we are doing holding prisoners in indefinite detention outside the legal system. There's an almost absurdist irony to the situation. The reason Poland and other countries in Eastern Europe are so unabashedly pro-American is that for fifty years, America stood for the antithesis of this kind of behavior. Poles knew full well about secret prisons, torture, incarceration without trial, and secret services that operate outside the law, and they looked to the United States as a society that stood against this kind of arbitrary exercise of state power. Fifteen years later, we have television shots of Polish and American generals standing side by side in in fraternal solidarity in Iraq, and now perhaps hosting a special little Polish branch of an American secret prison system. There's a déjà vu to this that I hope other Poles will find as upsetting as I do. True about that that we are pro American and Americans really don't help us..
Few f-16 we bought and they build factory in offset.
And it is true that bigger part of people in Poland ARE VERY POOR.
This is true that if they will build base in Pol. we gonna have more place to work.
We need to keep with someone I don't like it that we are searching Friend s form both sides EU and USA..
And 50 years ago all WESTERN COUNTRIES forget about US!!! forget that we help in WWII !!! say turn back and leave us to fucking Stalin and we get cover by Communism!! for 40 years!!and they even don't try to help us..And remember about Jałta meeting is 1945 when Churchill, Stalin Roosevelt make whatever they wont..

And with USA we had good relations but while Steal Curtain our relations get lower..
Btw. we help usa in Iraq in Afghanistan, and anti rocket umbrella can be some kind of reward..

Well how do you think life is goig when you have freaking umbrella on your head 24/7... I think its inpossible, and what comes to Afghanistan there are many UN peacekeepers including Finnish. And i'd say to yanks get the hell out of Europe....
And am lil worried this Yank NATO friendthing with old warsaw pact countries... We just get info taht secrets flight where flight by finland, but they just get gas here and left to europe/quantanamo bay
But it was sure that they brake all UN humanrights things...

Also our country is being over run by polish ,romanian,slovaks people who work to cheap and to long, making dutch people unemployed and all that gives a lot of friction, so in all fairness i dont want poland being part of one europea (not at all, and not in any form) same goes for turkey. when turkey joines the EU it will become a mess, there are too many turks here as is, and it will get worse.. i dont know why we need all these countries in a ONE europe, i dont see the benefits for us whom are already in the EU.. altho i see benefits for them countries wanting to join us, but tht will mean a lot of money will go to them poor countries and away from our own country, and what do we get in return for all of this , nothing, nada, njet., even worse we are being over run by them, cos they all want to be here and not there.. but comming back to the secret prisons ,yes i do believe that they are there when americans start building stuff in your country all of a sudden then u know something is wrong. cause they want something in return... and yes after the 2nd world war we all let u rot ,we should have liberated your country too instead of handing it over to the sovjets..but tht is the way the cookie crumbles i guess. |

We have same kind of problem when CCCP broke up Russians/Estonians have come Finland like maniac, it doesnt matter Estonian guys are cool. But they do job for much cheaper than Finnish and they usually do it "black" so no taxes etc etc. Maany jobs taken by old CCCP ppl... Toppa might compare year 1985 to 2000, we allmost have Russian as one of our official language... Its sad to say, but I'd say no too for these 2004 joiners...  2 years coming in 1.5 ..... Iron as NATO country-man, hehe, what do you think about these countries when they are in NATO or as you say NAVO ? When here in FInland was presidental election here was a nominee from "truefinns" who was pretty radical compared to others: He said lets get out of EU, HELL NO to NATO, and all that things, for me he was the best nominee like many other young ppl... ^^ Switzerland is my idol.... , but EU might get lamer because we give much startmoney to new countries and so we "whom has been once the councilcountry in EU" - countries have less goods... PS. We are starting that season in summer Austria still has it ^^ |

Inflation is sky high everything we make here in the EU does not get sold in poland cos hardly anyone can afford is, so there is no good market for us, and things made in poland under mine the things we make cos u make them a lot cheaper, that is all bad... for us and for u.. the only thing that is good is that u are cheap, and forgein companeys dont pay much tax, wich is all bad for us, cos companeys move from our countries to yours, because u work way under the prices, and that is bad for u too cause that way u will never be allowed into europea because this way your standard of living will stay low, unless u adjust your wages to our wages you can never be a equel partner, and thus far i havent heard one good thing why we (europeans) should let any of the former cccp countries in to the one EU, just give me one good reason that is all i ask, cause in all the time iv been asking this question (and i have asked a lot of people) no one can give me one answer, people just say: yeah we will have to pay for them all, and yeah they will only drain european funds, but no one says, yes this ......... ............... ..................is good... and u can call me anything but like u iam a patriot, and there is no country better then my own, and i will do or say anything to defend it just like u.. and ofcours everyone thinks that the country they are in is the better country, but that does not make it so... truth of the matter is you are as much worth as u earn in a month, and u think we in the EU are waiting for the Eu to expand and then exapand and even more exapand, there is a reason we voted no against one law, there is a reason why great brittain did not join the one EURO coin, (becos they were more smart then us) they saw it comming, we now already pay for the more poor countries inside the EU like spain and portugal so why should we pay for even more of them, what happens if russia wants to join the EU (hell it is in europe why not) want us to pay for that too, and while we are at it, let them all join the one EURO too, then we can have a real party i really dont get this expansion urge we got here in europe, bigger is not better, we should have stayed with the original countries who formed the EU and not take on any and all former cccp countries, wich we have to pay for inturn, it will take 50 or 100 years before the living standard will increase enough in those countries (on a avarage) for us to sell our products there.. untill then them countries will just suck up EU funds, and that is the way it is,.. remember the last time(s) someone tried to make a one europe?? we buildt all this with our own hands let them all do the same...... after world war one everyone in the netherlands got 10 guilders ( 5 euro) and tht was it, after that we have to take care of our selves after the germans sucked our country dry and let us all rot to freeze our asses of in the big starvation winter, why cant these former cccp countries do the same ?? take care of your own.. and this is not about poland or polish people this is in general... there is a reason why belgium seperated from the netherlands, there is a reason why cyprus now belongs half to turkey and half to greece, u will never unite countries that are too diffrent or dont want to be united... this is about our queen and our future king, what happens in this one europe with one law, who will run it, i mean are we all gonna send 3 men to the UN and then talk for ages and ages and ages and in the end nothing gets done the EU already has trouble diciding things now, i cant even imagine if 2.3.4.5 countries join it that are even more diffrent then ours.. sor example what will happen if turkey joins us a hugh muslim nation, then people with even a more old view of life will join us, u can even say a people with a totattly diffrent view on life, the dotn like gays, they dont like woman working they dont this they dont liek that, and the ooh sure in the big city but go to the land and look at the small villages and u will soon discover it is not the way it seems... nope this one europe is doomed to fail... it soundded good when they sayed : yah! in a one europe u can study in france or go to school in spain, but in reality u cant realy do that... it all soudns good when u read it on a piece of paper and u dont ask the people what they think, but u saw what happens when they do ask to vote on it, then the poeple will vote NO on a massive scale.. because they see the companeys leave, they see the cheese being stolen from there childrens mouth, they see that there job will be lost to some 3ht world ccountrie who work for 1/5th of the wage and we can never compete with that, and then they can say: ooh yeah then u should work cheaper, but hey! i got bills to pay them bills arent going down too, i got mouths to feed and cloths to buy for my kids, them cloths come from low wages countries but when they are in the shop here they cost as much if they were made here.. so it makes no diffrene, accept that the quality is most of the times less but the price is the same... it is a matter of economics and preservation of ur own country and way of life.. people have gone to war for less... and what i typed above is not to insult anyone, but everyone needs to realize, and realize this good, the only people who are for these countries joining are the once that make the most money out of it, and that wont be the avarage joker on the street, but it will be the factory director who just cut hes wages to a 1-5th because he moved hes factory from a western eueopean country to a eastern european country.... this countries u meant are in Europe and u dont do nothing with that.. as u know poland is now one of higest moving on countries in Europe.. and u are wrong that EU have nothing from us.. western companyies invest in poland big money, coz it is good market.. your market is not good, you dont work harder then us , your infrastructer is not good, corruption is wide spread.. Inflation is sky high everything we make here in the EU does not get sold in poland cos hardly anyone can afford is, so there is no good market for us, and things made in poland under mine the things we make cos u make them a lot cheaper, that is all bad... for us and for u.. the only thing that is good is that u are cheap, and forgein companeys dont pay much tax, wich is all bad for us, cos companeys move from our countries to yours, because u work way under the prices, and that is bad for u too cause that way u will never be allowed into europea because this way your standard of living will stay low, unless u adjust your wages to our wages you can never be a equel partner, and thus far i havent heard one good thing why we (europeans) should let any of the former cccp countries in to the one EU, just give me one good reason that is all i ask, cause in all the time iv been asking this question (and i have asked a lot of people) no one can give me one answer, people just say: yeah we will have to pay for them all, and yeah they will only drain european funds, but no one says, yes this ......... ............... ..................is good... and u can call me anything but like u iam a patriot, and there is no country better then my own, and i will do or say anything to defend it just like u.. and ofcours everyone thinks that the country they are in is the better country, but that does not make it so... truth of the matter is you are as much worth as u earn in a month, and u think we in the EU are waiting for the Eu to expand and then exapand and even more exapand, there is a reason we voted no against one law, there is a reason why great brittain did not join the one EURO coin, (becos they were more smart then us) they saw it comming, we now already pay for the more poor countries inside the EU like spain and portugal so why should we pay for even more of them, what happens if russia wants to join the EU (hell it is in europe why not) want us to pay for that too, and while we are at it, let them all join the one EURO too, then we can have a real party i really dont get this expansion urge we got here in europe, bigger is not better, we should have stayed with the original countries who formed the EU and not take on any and all former cccp countries, wich we have to pay for inturn, it will take 50 or 100 years before the living standard will increase enough in those countries (on a avarage) for us to sell our products there.. untill then them countries will just suck up EU funds, and that is the way it is,.. remember the last time(s) someone tried to make a one europe?? No we arent enemy, we co-operate strickly with NATO But i myself like lots of finns say no to NATO well we might join if they change name to NAVO....  But i dont care if they feel us enemy or what... ;D But in that red text there was no sentence about Soini who said hell no to NATO and EU ^^ He will be president in 2012 Finnish Olli Rehn is now the guy who lets ppl in --- he just denied Serbia and Montenegros application cos they didnt give that S.O.B But if we go too far with this worker thing in countries it might be like nationalsocialism.... But i would like to loose my job to some foreign ppl cos it sucks if you loose it to fellow citizen... And about that western europe ppl -- thats why we live in north |

Yes when we talked about europe in school (some year in 2000) we take a very good example Netherlands or as we say Holland ^^
There is very good ways to go with boats near see etc etc, very good country to live as far as i have researched, maybe some kind of political issues and cheap workers but all countries have that, but by living its very good, i'd like to move if i would know any dutch maybe as sub-language from german hehe
But there are also bad side because the land lower than see if global warming goes and artic melts it MIGHT get over im not sure about it, but hopefully not

i personnaly agree with piu
altough i ask myself why they would get the umbrell over poland (eastern europe)
western europe would be (to my opinion) much better since NATO, UN, etc is based there, also western europe has the lead in weapon market (belgium for example still is the biggest landmine producer of the world, new technologys are put in reality there too)
i dont believe the US is building secret prisons, but why else do they want it in poland??
