There will be a new Historical kind of movie in the cinemas it is called 300. the story is: there are 300 sparta warriors who have to fight against 1 milion of other warriors. the sparta warriors are really driven and would love it to die on the battle field. Exactly Many freinds often bring me films in cam quality. And if u look at the torrent side loads of people download the cam version. Ror me it tottaly sucks watching crapy video and audio no mather how good the movie is. I rather wait a month or 2 for dvd to come out. A lot of 1 sentences will be rememberd from this movie This is maddnes maddnes ? this is spartaaaa! Spartans! Ready your breakfast and eat hearty, for tonight we dine in Hell! The immortals died ofully fast in the movie.   |

im going to watch with my old class (of 2nd grade im in 3rd grade now) today gonna tell ya if hes good or not bye gesp stylo EDIT: just went to that movie and, well... its kinda sad that the crew made such a nice real happend story so so dumb, too much hollywood if u ask me  as a student that knows greek and roman culture fairly well, it was stupid, apart from the water and earth thing and the battle of platae (just begins when film ends) it is stupid and ridiculous. i did like that spartan king when he killed all those soldiers, each time there was some slowmotion (king approces enemy) and then some quick forward (he slashes his sword/spear) and again some slowmotion (enemy falls or king finishes him) nicely done  and indeed those immortals died kinda quick... bye gesp stylo |

I just watched  Its better than amazing , should nominate it for 10 Oscars and Nobel prize , perhaps even a Guinness record for the meaning of life. I always liked Spartans , even when I learn about them in history when I was just kid. Their culture , education and society above all is something that should be followed. My perspective on life is through such ways since I was growing up , as its today. If only there was still such a society. |

i watched movie and i didn't see nothing amazing in it... Well of course that it jam packed with Hollywood crap , like every other movie with a big name. When I was talking about how I like it , I wasn't talking about a lot of violence , gore or the visual detail. Also the movie was made from a mythical perspective so the glorious combat is just like a writers exaggeration (the movie is actually based on a book). I like the movie so much because it depicts an ancient way of living like a true warrior , a soldier code and the people who fight for the right things. I like Spartans and their culture. So if u cant find anything amazing there that doesnt come as a surprise to me. I dont get it why do people need a movie like Matrix or something just as complicated to say its a good movie , since supposedly it is "smart". Why is it that the complexness of the movie dictates is it smart or not. Rational thought - logic - simplicity ? However it is if perceived as open mindfully as its possible , U should be able to see that 300 bears a huge moral to its story , something that as I see todays society buries deeper and deeper. |

In my city Haarlem, the film is playing on such stupid times, so I can't see it..  And seeing this film in chinema is much better than renting! I will just find something for it  |

Since I'm the kind of guy that is all about respect,honor,pride and principals.The movie is made for ppl like me..its not all about blood...u just need to understand it..what drives them..there point of view.I love the movie..the warrior way...is the best from my point of view...Im a big fan of Bushido the way of the Samurai...so this all points to the movie is good...nicely done,and I am amazed how the king Leonidas that is the actor that played the role of the fearsome king acted out the role,his voice,the shoutuing,everything...simply nicely done. the point of this post is not the movie but the ignorant ppl that say the movie is all about blood...no dude...u just have try and put ur self in others ppls perspective and like for instance Leonidas and the Sparrtans... But the best part of the movie is when he meets up with the Athens soldiers and there leader is amazed of how little Leonidas brought and than the greatest thing the King said Spaarrtans!!!!What is your profession!!!!?And they start yelling and punching there shields... Awesome movie..  |

That is because u have no taste.And btw,this kinda thing cant be recreated exactly the way it happened.I think its a good thing they added a little myth and legend thingy.I liked spartans and their way of life so it is obvious that i would like this... |
