Dynowatch!

i have few things on my mind.. First! is it allowed to use dynwatch or not (its that counter..) ? im asking this because some plc members dont complain if i use it and some does! i know that is a spam, but its a useful spam and its not some stupid meanless spam..

Second! What is wrong with u toppahousu? He muted me because i used dw (dw=dynowatch), with no actual warning, he said stop it once, and i respond to that "wait a minute". (actually it took 15 sec to turn it of) By the time i had turned it off i had been muted. first i tryed to call unmute me vote for 2 times but he canceled those.. i change my name to i have stop it already, but then he just said something like gursa isnt here anymore and cant see gursa here.. and i changed my name few times to ask him to be reasonable and so on, but just keep on saying gursa isnt here or something like that.. IS THIS FAIR? i have always thought that plc members are cool guys and not some dictators like in many other servers! but today toppa acted like a dictator, and thats not nice

And toppa, no offence, just wondering what happened..

Gursa first of all i dont mind reasonable dyna watch, but if its used as u did with the name of player several minutes a row it is spam...i couldnt use team chat
I did say u that used like that it is spam cause there really wasnt dyna planted ( u cant deny it )
U just kept it going
I sayed one more time stop it--> nothing--->mute

U did know really well why was u muted !!

I did try to unmute u as gursa but u had changed your name....sure my fault ( think a little )
Asked u to change back to gursa and i unmute u.....if u by your own acts cause trouble and get muted is it really my job to start to follow the names u take

Do u have any idea how much time this cost and how much effort that spamming dynawatch took out of our team and u call me dictator

I have nothing agains u nor dynawatch but if someone ruins others possibilities to communicate it must be considered as spam...think that
In rules it says spammers get muted/kicked

U say u dont wanna offend me with your words but read the rules once more and judge if i act like it is said in rules and u see i did like there is said still u make me guilty.
-I told u that it is spam what u are doing
-I told u to stop it
-I even told u to stop it with your own language ( Finnish ) but maybe thats not counted cause its differen language
-I muted u
-U changed your name and i did twice try to unmute the guy i muted
So plz tell me what did i do wrong

Ps. u called one vote for unmute few seconds after mute ( maybe that 15 secs ) that i cancelled cause mute is punishment not just a note that u need to call unmute vote....if u did call 2 times then ppl just voted no....wonder why



Pps. I dont think it is totally spam..maybe its on " gray zone " usefull to engis but ruins teamchat a lot

i have nothing against dynowatch or you gursa (think you know that ) and dw can be verry usefull sometimes (like in fuel depot for example at the bridge or depot) but in other maps, like in desert temple it aint verry usefull:
-if team blows up the bridge, it can be usefull
-if team blows up the rope bridge, it can be usefull
-if team must defuse the dyna on tank barriers, it can be usefull

but once you get past that part (and you get into the temple) you got alot of walls to blow up, thats NOT usefull, cause some are just minor blows...

i know you didnt want to do anything wrong, but an admin has to follow the rules (i guess ) and he did try to unmute you several times, so... no hard feelings i gues

yes, maybe ur right.. but there was some lagg in my dw cause it didnt stop counting.. i said ill stop it,but still got muted.. and dunno if it was u or sombody else,but my vote was canceled 2 times!

And i saw that it was somekind of lag at dw but u should realize that yourself ( it was on and on for several minutes)...thats what made me mute u ( actually not u but that freaking dw )
