well I'm pissed off. from the start of the www. internet, Netscape did a tremendous job. In 1995 Bill G. said that he wasn't interested in the internet. It was a hype according 2 him ;D later he came, after revers engineering, with the build in browser. It was done to make sites that was accessible to all browsers. and now more then 12 years later, I need explorer instead of Netscape. and that ****** me off. well that was it. FF

and now more then 12 years later, I need explorer instead of Netscape. why do you have to use IE? I never (absolutely never) use IE. The one and only browser I use is Firefox. It has really great features (e.g. the extension system, nice tabs), is fast, free, secure, ... (ok, it uses a lot of ram, but I can live with that.) Worth a closer look: adblock, the most important extension in my opinion. bye Pit

I have heard that FF isn't that great unless you get some plug ins on it (but that is propably easy). But keep your firewall and pop up blogger on so you should have no problems with viruses or pop ups.

And its not microsoft ;D I must agree with you. I got Firefox some weeks ago and there's no turning back to IE. The tabs, extensions, clean of annoying pop ups (mostly), etc etc... Firefox is also useful if you play OGame addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1766/
