When I was in the Army the keeping fit and Team play was a major thing.
Playing Hockey football basketball volleyball and lots and lots of running.
But unless you have a good group of work friends or live in a community where you know people Team sports are hard to get involved with.
So the easy answer is on line team Sports
I really am such an addict If it was a major football game on TV I would rather spend my Time on the PC
There is 1 sport that comes to mind that I am ok at as I have 5 Kids but normaly its a 2 player game. ;D

Fibremat. Judging by your age, and by the fact that I am of similar age, You and I must've been in the army around the same time.
I was in the R. Signals (a scaley) and joined in 1980 as an Apprentice, at the Army Apprentices College Harrogate. Went to my first Regiment 4th Armoured Division Signal Regiment after training then to Falklands as part of task force the next year. After that went to a few other units and left.
