The Island is a movie set in the future. It is about there being an "insurance" scheme in america, which makes a clone of you and then puts your clone into an institute. The clones, however, have no idea that they're clones and not "real humans"...they think that they're the survivors of a mass contamination on Earth, however there is a lottery for them to move to the Island... however, the Island is not quite as it seems... there are many twists to the story!!... Once the two characters escape they are on the run, trying to survive... but will they?
The film received many bad reviews, however i have to admit i enjoyed this film very much, my friends also enjoyed it! You'll need to watch it to find out what happens to the characters... i don't want to spoil the movie, i just gave a brief outline
