at school we play E.T everyday but never with ff on. this means on some levels you can do stuff like grenade each other up and over things (like temple grenade up onto temple before tank gets there) and the teacher that runs the club complains when we do this, this is cheating. but is it?

Simple solution, put FF on. Imo it's the best way to play this game. Pro's: * PF and Flamethrower gets more difficult if friendlys are in the neighbourhood. * You can't do Tricks like you mentioned. The only thing that is possible is open a door as cvops and let some people in... as it was the intention of the map builder. * Enemy's can shoot themselves whem engaging you... Con's: * Teamkillers, but some kickvotes or complaints can solve this. * As in the last pro point this can happen vice versa...  |

I think that this "nade hopping" isn't cheating, I think it's clever use of gaming tactics. But I prefer FF on. Adds more challenge to the game when you have to watch your fire. So if it was up to me I would put FF on. And you don't have to use nade hopping even if you can. Just like I don't use trick plants every time I play even though they're veeery effective.

yea we've been playing at schoolfor about a year now but most of the kids are n00bs and soon we have a teacher vs students match very soon

Here's few scenarios for you that I believe could be the reason: 1) He is afraid of the complaints Solution: Give detention to the complainer kids ;D 2) He wants (unfair) advantage to his team by being able to arty everywhere without fear of teamkill Solution: Make him be an allied engineer in dump and arty him in to shreds to make him understand you  3) The players in his(/her? ) team are such noobs that they walk to his arty to die (and complain) Solution: Ban the bad assess  Did I even get close? |

lol nice ideas 81507 they made me laugh and hulk we play for an hour a day at school as our lunchtimes are 1 and a half hours long

LOL In Poland we have strange breaks (for you). we have break after any lesson, but it pasts after 5, 10 or 15 minutes (there is also something like luchtime in our school - 2 breaks - 20 minutes we can eat dinner in this time  The trooper |

well i would never play with out FF off because there is a other problem team members who are engineer wil run over ur landmines and replace them with there own  besides friendly fire makes it much more realistic.. |
