Can somebody tell me the use of fireteams. You only see when somebody dies and what remains of his lifebar and thats all.

This should have been posted in the ET section (a moderator will propably move this soon). If you press kp_0 (or what ever it is called, the "0" button in the numpad) all players in your fireteam get a colorfoul square on top of their heads. See the box on top of the wall climbing riflemanYou can decrease teamkilling with fireteams. They are particularly helpful if your teammate is a covert op. They help to detect disguised enemy covert ops. They also help medics to find who is in need of revive/healing without the need to spam the "I need a medic" voice command. Those are the most important stuff that I remember at the moment.

Being in a fire team, AND activatign fire team icons has many advantages
1) u can see fire team members in fog or smoke. 2) you can easily spot enemy diquised cov ops. 3) you can do fire team chat and life chat.

Being in a fire team, AND activatign fire team icons has many advantages 1) u can see fire team members in fog or smoke. 2) you can easily spot enemy diquised cov ops. 3) you can do fire team chat and life chat. another great advantage When fireteam has medic fireteammembers get more HealthPower, the more medics the higher the hp. that is something that has nothing to do with fire team fred, for every medic on your side you get +10 health (max 160 i think) that goes for all allies if your allied, or all axis if your axis.. a other benefit of the fire team is the fact that you can see who is wounded and not only who but there class, if all people are in the fire team and you are wounded on ground and you see that your medic is dead you dont have to scream and yell for one but can tab out.. server 1 gives street names in fire team wich is handy for medic to see wounded location, or for team members to come to each others help server 1 also gives a blinking * icon in fire team, wich means that player is wounded on the ground and waiting for a revive..

that is something that has nothing to do with fire team fred, aha, I'm always in a fireteam, didn't know that that is only good to hear fred, being in a activated the fire team will save a lot of team wounding or killing, and enemy infiltration..

yes they are but they also need teamwork without that you get yourself nowere

nobody mentioned that u can also see where are the rest of ur fireteam, by looking it from the map(press G), u can see names of the people who are in ur fireteam. that is also a big benefit.. and sorry for my bad English..

thats true, but a fireteam isnt very usefull when u dont trust eachother, i almost always go with my bro (and plc people like rip, piu etc) cause i know they wont let me down, and neither i will let them down, its all a matter of trust
