Ok guys, i had a discussion with someone (no need to say his name).
We were axis and we're dominating allies at fueldump. They just constructed command post. I was CVops so i went to it. Just before i came, an engineer planted a dynamite at the command post. I still wanted to destroy it immediately so i placed my satchel. He said "negative" and didnt move, so if i would destroy command post i would kill him. I said: go away or i have to kill ya. Then he teamkilled me.
Who do you guys think is wrong? I think that one of the advantages of being cvops is destroying object quickly, so i can destroy command post regardless if there is an dyna or not.

This engies only goal was to gain XP and I don't like people who play for XP. For me it's clear who was wrong...

totaly agree with iron and pit. You play for your team and objective. So if you can destroy command post quicker than an engee make it. And if the engee is enough idiot to stand near it he will see what happen. That's what i think

The answer to this is VERY clear. It is in the interest of YOUR TEAM if the command post is destroyed quickly. Leaving the command post intact only lets the enemy recharge quicker for a longer period of time.
One person (the eng) wanted the enemy command post to be left intact for longer so HE could get more XP never mind his team(wrong) the other (the cov ops) wanted it destroyed sooner (correct)
The cov ops should've destroyed the command post. The engineer should've let him.
Case closed

Case closed Ricardus i just wanted to typ something simulair to what ric already wrote above, priority of object always goes over personal objective, the command post is a secundary objective tht is vital to a offensive or defensive force there for it must be taken out as quickly as possible. Even more urgent when the CP is a so called dual Command Post(wich axis and allied can use) because then it has to be destroyed a.s.a.p. to be rebuildt for your side so all classes recharge there class skill faster..(example engineer the engineer bar) if there is a cov ops and a engineer the cov ops takes president over the engineer to take out the cp .. then both can go on to the main objec as soon as possible (wont have to gaurd dynamite).. wont say it was xp whoring on the engineers part, because the real definition (in my book ) of a xp whore is (for example) a engineer who goes to the fuel dump at the begining of the game (wanna bet its ur only engineer too) to get the 4x defence construction bonus for the soul purpose of gettign it, and if it is a bonifide 100% xp whore he doesnt even leave a landmien for a enemy cov ops (because that! was never hes personal objective).. (my example does ofcours not count in a clan war against a well trained foe)
